Renaissance Shanghai Putuo Hotel, Shanghai

The hotel had incredible rooms with a good selection of Chinese and Western breakfast dishes, both very tasty, felt like sleeping on a cloud, and the staff was very nice and helpful. However, the location was too far from the airport, and the dining was a bit disappointing with limited variety despite being good.

The hotel offers really big and comfortable rooms, but they appear a bit old and lack soundproofing. The sauna and lockers had issues during my stay, which was a downside. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

The hotel rooms were very big with a luxury feel, even though they were located in the basement. The service was excellent, with the staff going the extra mile to assist us. The location was conveniently in the mall, with rail services nearby. The dining options were good overall. The facilities were top-notch.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and well set up, and the breakfast had a fantastic selection of Chinese and Western dishes that were all very tasty. The service was impeccable and the staff were always ready to assist before we even asked.
